| TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Manufacturer's liability ceases upon delivery
of shipment to carrier. Consignee to file claim against carrier for
all goods damaged in transit. No goods shall be returned without permission
from the manufacturer. Goods proved to be defective will be replaced,
but no claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed.
TERMS: A 2% cash discount will be allowed on the merchandise price
if paid on or before the 10th of the calendar month following that
month in which shipment is made. Cash discount is to be calculated
on the amount of the invoice before any additional charge for transportation
and before addition of any applicable taxes. All unearned discounts
will be charged back to the buyer. Invoices not discounted become
due in full the first day of the second calendar month following the
month of shipment with a service charge of 11/2% per month applied
thereafter. Minimum Order: $10.00. All prices f.o.b. shipping point.
