The Parian series is designed specifically to comply with ADA Guidelines. Terrazzo's natural non-slip surface provides better footing and increased safety. Wheelchair shower floors are flanged on three sides for a water tight joint between the wall and shower floor.These shower floors must be set on a level grout or mortar bed.

Parian Roll-In Type Shower Floor with Ramp
Transfer-type shower floor has an integrally cast 12" ramp with a
1/2" threshold for wheelchair entry. A stainless steel cap covers and protects the leading 6" of the ramp. We strongly recommend a floor drain at the entrance to the wheelchair shower floor, and the use of a weighted shower curtain.

Parian Roll-In Type Shower Floor without Ramp
The intent is to allow a wheelchair patient to lift himself onto a transfer seat with the assistance of a grab bar.These models must be recessed into the building floor to allow wheelchair entry.
