Introduction
to We are proud to present our drinking fountain selections on the next several pages. We feel we can provide a fountain to meet almost every need. We specialize in rugged aggregate and terrazzo fountains as an extension of our terrazzo mop sink and shower floor business, but we have also completed our line with durable steel and classic stainless steel fountains as well. We offer a variety of looks, including pedestal, wall mounted, semi-recessed, and deck mounted designs, many available in handicapped accessible styles. We also manufacture a complete line of options to customize the fountain to meet your needs, including a frost-proof valve system for year round operation, our special "Sanifrost" valve system which prevents against possible ground water contamination, hose bibbs to provide water for alternate uses, jug fillers and frost-proof jug fillers, cane aprons for compliance with the ADA's protruding objects laws, chillers, fountains for pets, and steps to help children reach the water without assistance. Our fountains have all been manufactured to be as vandal resistant as possible, and include chrome plated lead free heavy-duty brass bubblers. In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, all push buttons require less than five pounds of pressure for activation. In addition, they have adjustable flow regulation that can be accessed easily from the front exterior of the fountain, and are recessed, as an additional vandal resistant feature. Our aggregate fountains are all free standing pedestal style fountains, and consist of river rock mixed with white Portland cement. These are available in two different colors, Colorama or Quiet Creek, with a choice of two different finishes in each color, light or medium etched. The medium etched fountain has been finished to allow more rock exposed to your touch, for a rugged pebbly look that accentuates the color choice you selected. Effective 12/31/09, our drinking fountain water passageways have been certified by an independent test laboratory to contain a weighted average lead content of the wetted surfaces of not more than 0.25 percent. |
